    Km 3050 can not enter service mode

    Hi everyone, I have a problem that can not be km3050 copier mode,though I have pressed status in 1087 and 1087, can somebody show me how the other mode or not a problem in the machine?

          This one is a little different than most Kyoceras. You must be in the Status screen first.

          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              Unless you have a C-code then you can go in usually with 1087 1087

              What is the actual problem with your machine?




              If you looking for Just ANY other codes.. those are quite hard to get..and I ain't telling. Sorry. Get a tech.

                  My machine not have a C-Code, but the Cassette 2 not understand paper, I want to enter Mode, reset by mode 906, but a can not enter Mode, please help me!

                      Job Status > 10871087 > 906 > start > execute > start > Switch Off/ after 10 seconds back ON.

                          If it does not work then someone might have changed the code---if so you would have to get in touch with kyocera to see if there is a backdoor code

                              Don't think you can actually change the code. Unless you know your way to service ROM..in which case I believe it should be a piece of lolly to Flash new ROM with Copied data from another, providing they have the equipment.


                              Either way Kyocera phone call surely can help, the best!

                                      No need to SSSUUUSSSHHH, 3036 3036 does not work on the newer models. On the KM/CS 3050, 4050, 5050 you Must first press the Status/Job Cancel button, then wait for the screen to change, then you must press 1087, 1087 and the machine should enter the service mode. If the machine is displaying an error you might have to open the front door.
