    [Misc] kyo firmware updates

    any problems with doc finishers try an update first .had a machine 2 hours drive away the tech brought it back (df 770) the exit rollers were not turning on when copying .everything worked in diagnostics .i plugged into a showroom machine ,same fault .did a firmware update and it is now ok.what led me to the firmware update i had a df 790 a couple of days ago that was also doing weird things till i updated the firmware.

      Typically I end up re-loading firmware for lock-ups, but each firmware level is written to address specific issues, some for finishers. It's a good place to start. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
