KM 5050 Is asking to be sitched off and then on exactly every day at 16:00

    Has anyone had this before?

So far only U906 and waiting for customer to send me scanned maintenance reports and event logs.
.OK Google! ... will I need Berrocca this morning?

      Wow! That's a plethora ... no, a cornucopia of errors. I was paying particular notice to the cf14f, cf26f, cf620, C3300, C3310.

I'm thinking either power supply, or AC power quality, in that order.

On second thought, make that AC power quality. Set up that Power Quality Analyzer. =^..^=

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        Many Thanks,
]Been theatre yesterday and found that the AC plug was getting to close to someones feet and the outcome is accidental power plug release and therefore a lot of codes related to AC power issues.

I have formatted HDD, flashed FW and then I was getting constant C3300...it took me a while, that shading corrections need re-adjusting and could not figure out, until I looked down the optics which were cleaned not a long time ago.

Optics were absolutely dirty..whether someone try to blow inside I don't know but after cleaning them up ..it works for now as a champ.

Hopefully it is fixed...Will find out when I go there to do Full PM kit..as it is clocking 700k.

Cheers Blackcat for your input. always good!

Except feed assemblies we try to keep the fuser and dev and drum to run bleeding dry and used to the bone.

As long as customer does not complain about quality issues we try to make the most out of it. The fuser is really worn out..and has a line coming under one sep. finger but it have not affected quality dramatically and is not noticed on prints..soo quite alright for now.

I've got a Konica Minolta that's pulling a C28-11 error twice a day. First occurrence is between 6:56 and 6:59 every single day. The second occurrence is between 15:50 and 16:01 also every single day. The real confirmation is that often the machine is idling. It's not even running most times when the error occurs!

I've got the power quality analyzer over there right now recording. I'm anxious to see the results. =^..^=

I got a power sag at the exact second that the error recorded on the copier, every single time. The first time around the customer ran a dedicated line to a newer panel. The problem is, the AC power was dropping below 206 AC from the power company. After a second set of recordings, the customer contacted the power company. I have not had another code on that machine since that day. Not any code. The Management Report is clear since that day. =^..^=
