    black image background of copies tru DP

    Heloo
    Please I have fs-1028....the print document is very ok but the issue is when scanning or making copy tru d document processor....it last or second to last page comes out black...same as receieved scanned document in folder....the ISU unit was changed last month cuz of same problem but surprised the same issue is back,please what do I do next

      To me the lamp, lamp inverter, or lamp harnass makes more sense. Watch the edge of the scan glass. Does the lamp dim, flicker, or go out toward the end of the scan? =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          Yes,the lamp only dims after the end of the scan
