    Parts source options?

We're looking for a couple rollers 302FB09390 (2FB09390) and 2FB06550. Our standard vendors have a pretty significant lag time for shipping Kyocera parts. Any good sources out there for a non-authorized dealer? We're in CA

We use www.precisionroller.com for non-authorized/3rd party parts...

NA trading and Katun might have the parts you need.
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

Thanks for the options but we use those already. Its the 'oddball' parts we're looking for, not drums/toner/fuser rollers etc. Gears, feed roller shafts, seals etc. Items that are not standard stock and need to be ordered through a vendor with a direct OEM connection.

I'm having the same problem and this is the reason I like Canon. I get Canon parts in 1 day and Kyocera takes many days. Have you tried Carolina Wholesale or GMS, GMS is in CA I think.
