kyocera fs-2126 firmware update

having trouble updating firmware. i'am using a 2gb usb stick & following directions according to manual. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you useing the very latest firmware. if so there is a tech bulletin you need to read. If not make sure you have the firmware on the root of the drive. You may want to try adifferent usb stick good luck

Use another stick. Some sticks can not be pushed in the machine far enough.
