Hi Guys got an issue with a Taskalpha 5500 not switching cassettes when it runs out of paper, it has a PF-740 and I'm trying to get it to switch from tray 3 to tray 4 (or vice a versa) when one tray runs out. I've checked all the settings letter size, media type and it still wont switch any ideas? Thanks in advance

Are you talking about Auto Tray Switching (for printing)? If yes, it has to turned on with a PreScribe command:

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
