Kyocera Mita KM-3530 regarding Drum Unit

Hi, i would like to ask if the drum unit of KM-3530 from 110v machine is the same as the 240v machine? I'm trying to buy a drum unit on precisionroller.com and the sales person said that it is only for North America use and will not work in the Philippines because he/she said that the voltage is not compatible... All our units here are 240v and we have never handled 110v.
Hope i can have comments from you guys. Thank you very much.

I think the trouble is not so much with the drum, but with the chip on the drum unit. It should be the same 5vdc logic level, but may have a different destination, like the machine manufacturer code, it may have a different identity for Europe than North America.

Or perhaps the cleaning lamps operate at a different voltage. I think if you put the new drum and blade into the old assembly you shouldn't have a problem. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thank you very much for the reply sir. Let say if i put the new drum and blade only on my old drum unit assembly, do i have to reset or adjust something, or can i use it already? By the way sir, do you know any site or link that sell KM3530 drum unit (for 240v)? Thank you very much.

I don't have a source for 240v drum units. The chip provides the reset, so if you already have a "Replace Drum" indication my suggestion won't help you. =^..^=

this machine does not show a' replace drum" message so i agree with blackcatt just fit new blade and drum on your old and possibly your seal blade and main charge as well, there is no adjustments needed except reseting your maintenance count, u 251
failure is not an option !

                  US 120v versions (I think they're interchangeable)
