[Error Code] Urgent please: Kyocera Km 4050

Hello, I have got this error code c2250 on a kyocera Km 4050. I turn the copier off and allowed to cool, but same error code keeps coming back.
What is the possible solution?

Where is it located in the copier?

You will find a main charger in roughly the same place in all copiers, if you don't know where that is then you need to pay for a tech to do it or to show you, before you make things worse. Or you could download the service and parts manuals from Paul's site......once you have paid for them obviously

I'd bet good money the cleaning pad has popped off the auger in the grid and causing the motor to hang up....take the above techs' advice and call a tech to fix it....you'd only cause more damage trying to fix this not knowing what you are doing.
