    Jam code? =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        I can only recommend what a professional technician should do:

        1) Buy a manual.
        2) Read the manual. Look up jam code.
        3) Try something to fix the problem, ... anything.
        4) Start a thread to ask for help.

        It sounds as though you skipped ahead to #4.

            Re: Kyeocera Fs1016 Jamming problem

            I don't think this model is sold in the US. The model number does not cross reference to anything I recognize. It shows only a 220v power source.
            And I doubt that I can read whatever language your manual is written in.

            Just for kicks, try sending the following PreScribe command:
            !R! KCFG"ELOG";EXIT;

            or this command may add an event log to the reports menu:
            !R! FRPO I1,1; EXIT;

              did this problem start when you removed fuser unit or power supply pcb, if yes check if the exit sensor switch arm is sitting on home position
              failure is not an option !

                  My guess is paper size is set wrong for tray but you have given no information. Were you able to print an event log as Blackcat suggested?

                    The FS-1016mfp was definitely sold in the US. First check paper size settings and then if all is ok then try a page through the by pass. Check registration/timing sensor and exit sensor. Good luck, Jerry
