System Menu, Check Counter, Print (if you like).

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Very good machine, if you have the latest and greatest firmware.

The screen was irritatingly slow, at first.

To add to what the last tech said. The firmware can be downloaded off the Mita site right onto a USB. You plug it into the side of the op panel. It will fix this issue.

upgrading the firmware will help with the touch panel and will also and a interupt button on the touch panel. kee and eye out for updates all the time with this machine they come out all the time but there is word that this copier is being discontinued due to the new color copiers

not before 2010 according to road map. first it's taskalfa saturn/500ci/400ci/300ci/250ci in december/early 2009, then the 820i/620i by spring, and then the replacement for km-1650/2050 and new fs-1018/1118/1820 called fs-1028 and 1128 in summer/fall.

                mid/late 2010 its the new falcon, 520i, 420i and 320i.

the new fs-c5100/5200/5300 is already out, and the 'big dude', fs-c5400 will be out on the other side of new year.

this is a lot, and it means a total change of whole range within 18 months. lets hope they get it right this time. in my opinion it was only the 1650-2050 (2550) of the ones they replaced last time who didn't f.u. initially. (the 5050/4050/3050 has finally been straightened out, the rest has big issues)

black/monocrome fs-machines will be out in between all this, and i assume their pure printer counterparts also will surface about the same time.
