    error code c6050 on km 1635

    hi

    this km1635 gives me c 6050 all the time, if you reset it with u 163 it clears but repeatedly appears, on this machine, i hv changed fuser unit but still its still coming back, sometimes it shows c6000, or c6400 all to do with fuser unit, could it be the firmware that needs upgrading,if yes hw can i get it please help
    failure is not an option !

      Take a look at the power, specifically ground to neutral. Obviously the power quality analyzer will provide better data, but the VOM will give you a place to start. Especially with zero-cross errors it's usually power. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                  may be heater thermister touching heatroller aluminium sice teflon coating damaged
