Re: km 6030 light copies
I've got three possibilities for you, and they're all related to charge loss:
1) Worn transfer section bearings. Rebuild or replace transfer section. Replace the idler roller (302FB16450) and bearings (G3001360). When rebuilding, also examine other bearings (63520170, 27505290) and ground contact (302FB16111).
2) Worn through developer bias terminal. Replace the developing bias contact (302FB08481). Do not lubricate. Run it dry.
3) The mylar is worn through on the rear transfer guide (located between the transfer assy and the fuser. Replace rear transfer guide (302FB94170).
All three situations produce almost identical quality problems. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

If I were you I'd remove the developing unit, and look to the spot where the end of the mag roller might touch.
Do I have a photo to attach? Oh yes ...

Hopefully your developer bias contact does not look like this. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
