hi, i have a creasing issue on a3 paper, tried different stock, upgraded firmware and it is a brand new fuser!! help

Have you tried it from all paper sources to see if it is related to specific tray?

Yes all 4 sources the same, set plain paper type to mode 2 and this helped but didn't cure!!

Is print underneath or on top of the creases in the paper?

It's a fuser issue, if you jam paper single sided pre fuser, there is no crease

It's a fuser issue, if you jam paper single sided pre fuser, there is no crease

havent changed a fuser on these yet but was this the original fault you were called out for? and with the new fuser (cant remember if this right) but do you have to put the pressure back on when you install the new fuser? - most fusers have the pressure taken off to stop flat spots in storage.

Hi,
sounds like paper feed unit to blame. might be worth checking Tech Note B213 about the changes made to the PFU. creasing on A3 is specifically mentioned.
