    Info about toner Taskalfa 2550Ci

    Hi,

The bundled toner container for the 2550Ci is a "starter toner" or a standard toner,
how you can recognize a starter toner from a standard toner ?

There is a special mark outside the container ?

    Thanks.

I can't say for this particular model, but for most Kyocera the only difference between a starter and a regular toner cartridge is when you install it.

On installation the toner hopper (and if monocomponent also the developing unit) is empty, and will consume a good half of the first cartridge you install. That toner will certainly get used ... but it's going to ask for the next cartridge after it's used only ~half of the first cartridge. It's the same amount of toner in the cartridge.

I'll see if I can find specifics on that model. =^..^=

    There's no difference. =^..^=
