Hi all, I have many many little dots (Cyan, Magenta and yello) on TA 300ci and TA 250ci befor 100 000 colors pages . I pull out drums but dots are on them. How can I solve it or prevent if it's necerry to change. I need help please. Thanks.

Yes. We call those little lovelies "donut dots". If you look at them under magnification you'll see that they're tiny little donut shapes. They are actually areas of primary charge arcing to the drum. It's really hard to see the marks on the drum, but yes they are on the drum, and the only resolution is to replace the drum assembly. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Hi,
Thanks blackcat4866. On the first machine, the "donuts" dots are noticeable, but not with second one. I want to know if changing main charge roller can stop arcing for the second machine. If there is service bulletin about it, i will be glad to get it.

Like Eric says, replacing the primary charge does stop the arcing. And the primary is included in the drum unit. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
