We have 4 color machines with multiple issues.

on one we have a message of add paper to cassette one. we are getting 0 volts out of engine board on yc25 pin 1 whether the drawer is open or closed. have tested the engine board in another machine as ok. drawer two works. have swaped the main board, all harness from main to engine, engine to paper lift motor, and from sensor at back of cassette with white plunger to gear section on right. have updated firmware. have tried 906 in maintence.

second machine we have a c2500 code. i have changed the engine board with brand new one and mp motor still same code. tried a 906 and still same code.

i have another machine with a c0210 code. i have swapped the main board and tried 906 with same issues.

original issues of color toner spots on page now found to be dusting from developers onto drums leaving pit marks.

    thanks,

    Kirk

Firstly, make sure that there is no paper behind tray #1 blocking the lift drive coupler. Most likely, the lift motor for tray #1 is shorted, and has blown the drive circuitry on two engine boards. You'll have to change both the lift motor and the engine board simultaneously.

You haven't stated how many prints this machine has got. If it's somewhere between 750K and 1M, the MP drive assembly is probably ground itself to dust. And the main drive pack and vertical feed drive pack are in about the same condition.

C0210 is a communication error between the main and the engine PWB. The engine board logically can also cause this error.

In this case, it seems as though you have intertwined at least three separate issues, all of which can be easily resolved with the maintenance kits. It's not possible to diagnose these "toner spots" without samples. Common causes are overtoning, or arcing from the primary charge to one of the drums. I get the feeling you haven't worked on this issue very much. Start by checking U131 > Auto to check developer density. Replace any developing units that differ from the right column to the left column by more than 25 points. As far as arcing, you'll have to figure out which drums have been arcing and replace them. The primary charge unit comes with the unit, so the arcing problem will be resolved. Again, without samples I won't be able to help you determine exactly which drums need replacing. You can interchange drum units and copy single color images to determine exactly what color the arc spots are. Remember that the black drum always contacts the transfer belt, even with single color images. How's that for a start? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
