Friends,I need your help,last month i installed this machine and today the customer is complaining that the machine is giving blank copy. i have tried to check the ADF by transferring it to another machine and it is working good, thats why i am concluded that problem is the base machine itself. Did any one encountered this problem already. Please reply!

You might want to look at the scanner lock. Some models will do that if the lock is not in the unlock position.If at first you don't succeed, redefine success -

sir, i checked already the lock and it is in unlock position, as i told before copying on platen glass is ok so it means that scanner is free.Comment

Does the scanner move to the left when you close the lid?
If so.. do sim 411

I had a TA255 (like your machine) that copied from the glass, but from the dp was blank. The solution was the scanner lock. Just passing on a solution that helped me.If at first you don't succeed, redefine successComment

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
