Thaks too much but i have all documentation for utax.My company buy other failed company with a lot click contracts with this old machines on the field.The best way is replacing with younger machines i think, but for start i must repear a couple antiquities.

There is not much in parts sold in the US: Copystar CS2221 Supplies and Parts (All)

It's really obsolete. Before I worked on a machine like this I would make sure the customer knows that the 1 hour minimum is billable, if we can fix the machine or not, and very few parts are available. Their money is better spent towards a new (or newer) machine. =^..^=

I have an old utax c 237 on the field and i need little help for this one.I'm not familiar with this model but for help i can say it's equivalent to kyocera mita dc 2360.Display alarm say"paper drawer is out of
order.I find no working lifting system for cassette 2.What can be wrong with this old guy.Controller,cassette switch,lift motor.Are the parts for this model still actual?
