    FS 1128 MFP C2000

    I am dying here. I am have problem with a 1128mfp it Bog downs you can hear it bog. and it get worse and worse. I cleaned all the Clutches, Cleaned the fuser and replaced the Motor. I need some help. I am not only having issues with this machine. I also have problem with the Printer models anyone know what I am over looking??

    Try looking at the drum. See if it is hard to turn or if the waste toner is full or hard in the unit. It could be causing the main motor to bog down. I haven't seen this problem on this model, but on some of the others, the drum will cause the motor to bog down causing the error code. Hope this helps. Let us know what you find.

      try to empty the waste toner out of the drum unit, have seen a few fill up and cause issues from noise to smudges

        Drum unit is moving nicely and I clean waste toner as well. Still Dragging and bogging up.

          Are you using OEM toner? We've had a few machines that ended up with Katun toner in them....I'm sure I don't have to elaborate what a horrible idea that was....
