I have a client useing a program called "Laser Pro" when they print to legal paper it comes out blank, (letter size paper prints fine) If they turn the printer off and on the legal paper will print fine, once they close the Laser Pro program and come back into the program the legal size prints blank again, you have to turn the printer off and on again for the legal paper to print. Legal paper is in tray 2 and the switch in the tray is set to legal, Does anyone have any ideas?

The first thing I'd like to confirm is if the program "Laser Pro" is really asking for legal size paper, or something that is almost legal size like Folio or B4 or C4 or Foolscap Folio or Government Legal.
If it's truly asking for 8 1/2" x 14" paper, then I'd check to see how other apps react. If it's just this app, I think I'd try switching emulation PS/PCL. My guess is that PCL will give better results. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Yes this only happens in Laser Pro, prints fine in other programs, will try switching emulation tomorrow..
