[Jamming] Kyocera KM2530 with DF-78 finisher jam during exit from internal finisher(DF-78)

I have a KM2530 that jams when exiting finisher. There is an exit sensor on the finisher exit assembly located above the fuser unit. Can someone send me a DF-78 parts manual. Thanks to anyone who can help.

    What jam codes? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

X2 Jams codes and more specific info about the Jams from start to finish would be helpful.

The jam code is a J-81 Fin. insert paper section/conveying section. Thanks for any ideas.

Some places have these internal finishers to output all copy, prints and fax's to the finisher tray and reach maximum load very quickly.... Try placing lots of copies on the stapler tray and copy more to it and see the error code if it is the same.

Just a theory for now.. have you removed the finisher to check for obstructions i.e staples and torn paper.

Output tray - internal tray below operation panel - Does this copy + Double sided perfect without jamming

Output tray - Finisher tray without stapling (sort) - Does this copy + Double sided perfect without jamming

Output tray - Finisher tray with stapling - Does this copy + Double sided perfect without jamming

Could you test the above and report back, Also i remember looking at one of these with multiple jams on the finisher and found the fault to be large amount of output copying to the finisher tray and when its full and job is not finished it created an error code.

I would suggest before leaving that you, switch all copy, prints and faxes to tray below operation panel and leave stapling etc to finisher tray

Currently the machine is running fine when outputting to the internal tray under panel. Only when and every time when it would output to the finisher exit tray on left side of machine will it jam consistently. The paper is not damaged, it will be in a stack and started to exit when it is half out onto the exit tray left of machine then it stops with jam code.

How old is this machine?? Did it just stop working recently... I would be thinking about taking the finisher off the Machine to make sure all parts are present and correct... I have a feeling An attachment is missing.#

I'd start by examining and cleaning all the finisher sensors, especially the one at the finisher inlet. They're renound for getting dusty. =^..^=
