When this happens to me, I run all the refresh modes. Drum refresh, developer refresh, gray adjust, even, sometimes, AC calibration. It usually works.

Once you've done a calibration print off the U089 Gray test patterns in each base color. This is the best way to identify primary charge or drum problems. Watch for repeating patterns (38mm: primary charge; 49mm: cleaning roller; 96mm: drum, 177mm transfer belt). If you catch it early enough a changing a primary charge roller will preventatively save the drum. If you arrive to the donut dots (primary charge arcing) it's too late for that drum.

Once you've replaced parts calibrate again. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

The Gray Adj. seems to have done the trick. Thanks!

No repeating patterns that I could see. The copies and prints were just a bit washed out. The Gray Adj. seems to have resolved this for now. Black still seems a tad off but the customer is happy so we'll see what happens. Thanks for the advice!
