have a 250ci with 100k, copy/ prints are faded , not in optics, are these lasting full pm (pm 300k) or do we need drums

Once you've done a calibration print off the U089 Gray test patterns in each base color. This is the best way to identify primary charge or drum problems. Watch for repeating patterns (38mm: primary charge; 49mm: cleaning roller; 96mm: drum, 177mm transfer belt). If you catch it early enough a changing a primary charge roller will preventatively save the drum. If you arrive to the donut dots (primary charge arcing) it's too late for that drum.
Once you've replaced parts calibrate again. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
