    [Misc] KM2050 locks up during printing & copying

    I have an appointment to service a KM2050. 2 other techs have been unable to resolve the problem, Thought I'd get some input..KM2050 runs a few dozen print jobs/copy jobs and then locks up..No control panel operation either. Waiting a minute or two, then turning it back back on will get it going again..No C codes...On print jobs there is a "print mode error". On copy jobs , no messages or errors.. What do you think guys ?

          You may have a laser code in your future. =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                  OK, fixed it.. Customer had pushed one of the fax # buttons under the small flap on the panel in too far, beaking one side and it was intermittantly pushing it's panel switch and locking up the copier..More shockingly, it had the original firmware and the meter was 988,000.. My sales rep will visit them next week
