How to disabale the finisher connected to Kyocera KM-C4035 color copier.

I am working on Kyocera KM-C4035 color copier. I found defective sensor in the finisher. I want my customer to use the copier temporarily without the finisher function. How will I do that? Please help. Thanks.

You could blow the main PWB if you unplug or plug in an accessory live. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thanks for your reply SS12. I am overseeing more than 250 copiers different brands and models in 9 government buildings filled with offices. Prohibition on using computers and tablets for technical references is not an excuse for being clumsy. This site helps a lot knowing you guys are there with a helping hand. However, we are all humans and not perfect in all things that we do. Cheers.
