Are your internal prints coming out fine?

It's not impossible to have a bad lamp, just very unlikely. My machines had 3M prints and more, and never replaced the lamp.

Does it come on? I'd also check the lamp harness (the one that flexes), and the inverter. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

If your'e using the DP and you will be able get a black copy, your problem is in your DP calibration, and if even to your platten, try to
calibrate using the designated charts and programs provided by kyocera.

If only your Scan and coping is black and printing is fine then your main PCB is gone faulty.
