    Task Alfa 250 and light print/copy

    I have a problem with this machine ( I HATE TA-250 !!!! :-( ) .

    Copies and prints are very clear at the bottom ( see attachment ) .

    3.pdf
    1.pdf
    2.pdf

    I changed drum Black and Magenta and DV Black and Magenta but i've not solved .
    Cleaning drum , cleaning developer ,cleanign laser by maintenance mode
    .... nothing ....

    Ideas ???

          I bet it's the developer on Magenta. Looks like the mag rollers need cleaned.

              I have seen this. This machine is in a dirty or oily enviroment. Take the laser apart and clean the polygon mirror.

                  Have you done a developer refresh and full color calibration? =^..^=
                  If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                  1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                  2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                  3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                  4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                  5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
