Have you done any kind of troubleshooting yet?

If we're starting the troubleshooting process here (which probably won't get you too far to be brutally honest) try checking to see if the energy bill has been paid...

Power strip? On - off switch? Power cord, pluged into wall outlet AND pluged into machine? Remove right side panel and check fuses? ??? on and on. Those are the easy things right there.

Nice to know what you have done when you first post.

I could be a smart a$$ and say, did you check paper cassette?? Is it out of toner. ETC.

Oh yeah, I remember this one. Check the power output from the flux capacitor, it should read somewhere around 1.21 gigawatts...

My role as the smart ass is being usurped.

Do something. Then come back. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Are you on the east coast? Has the machine been under water recently?
Just because you're not paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get you.

To the best of your knowledge .............. Has it ever worked ?
IF SO ... when did it stop working ? Before , during , or after a storm ?
Did you move it from an office to an old house ?
Has it been in storage for a few years ?
