Went on a call today, the customer stated they changed all the colors yesterday they said it asked for the color toners to be changed months ago but never did since they rarely print color. After replacing all the color toner C,Y,M are very faint, black prints fine, I ran the test print and the the colors bars are barely visable, I got it to go into "adding toner" mode twice but no change in C,Y,M density. Im thinking replace dev units? any other Ideas?

I think this is the same engine as the FS-C2626MFP. If it's the same, it won't last for long, maybe 2 or 3 weeks. My guess is that the developing unit stops replenishing toner for that specific color. I remove the cyan developing unit, squint at it and make my angry face. Then I put it back in and it replenishes. After two visits I ordered and replaced the cyan developing unit. So far OK (fingers crossed) ...

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
