TA 300Ci ..Command Center Strange one ..

    Hi all.
Have a TA 300ci with a fax unit. Customer unplugged the copier while in self dig process. The box is working normally except.......
The address book disappeared and this is the strange part. I reentered the addresses and.. Everything works in command center, except when trying to set the fax fw function ..the fax fw page is blank.
I did a mm 21,24,600,601 and reloaded the firmware. No change.
Has anybody seen this before...any thoughts..
    Thanks

No, never, but ... what I would do is remove the fax and re-load firmware. Power Off, re-install fax, re-load firmware again.

It's saved me in some strange fax situations. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      Blackcat ....

Thanks.. excellent idea...didn't think of removing the fax . ...But , just for kicks , I will try to load the page after removing the fax,but before reloading the firmware.
Will post the results of the solution (I hope).
