    [Misc] machine design

    dear all,
just i am new to copy tech net. its useful to every one who is loving this job... me too...

last 6 years i am working with kyocera machines.. up to last year this job was a fantastic one,and i loved to attend breakdown calls...but now, when the new taskalfa series introduced , we are scare to attend breakdown calls, because of the machine design, particularly TA3050ci.5500 series.
what a design so called hybrid design....
normally for a breakdown calls like tray rollers or DF rollers related calls, its take only 5-10 min to change the rollers or remove and fix the feed units for all previous machines including KM8030 -TA 820 .but as of now its take minimum 30 min to change a roller in any new machines... also too much toner spillage and copy quality problems.. these machines are not like old series.. now these machines are coming with developer technology... colour machines also same .... even it is not matching with KM C 3232e or TA 300/500ci machines... so many colour quality problems...kyocera is issuing so many new FW and tech bulletins ... its look like a fire fighting situation.....

we lost number of orders , particularly for high speed machines... customers also lost the trust in Kyocera machines...
we hope kyocera will come with the new models with service friendly machines like old series....

it is not a complaint letter guys..just my view, thats it ...

in future definitely i will ask more questions about new machines...

thank u guys for ur valuable ideas and solutions ......

    Welcome! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

The old stuff was so much better except the colour copiers. User and engineer friendly.
