Your authorized service technician can order those for you directly from Kyocera, then install them for you and make all the necessary adjustments and calibrations to insure the machine is working correctly..... or you can try to buy one off the market, get an inferior product and pay extra later to have it repaired...

Mi point as a Technician myself: I replaced several aftermarket drums on other equipment with very good results. Katun is one example they are very reliable but don't have drums for the Kyocera 500ci. Calibration and adjustments are no problem, I do everything myself. The maintenance kits are very expensive , I have to order everything from the US ( i live outside the USA) and the local dealer service is bad, it takes almost a month to get any parts ordered.

You didn't install aftermarket drums into Kyocera units, because as far as I know, no aftermarket ASi drums exist. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

yes sir, as far as you know.
But i am sure it won't be long before we get some aftermarket units for sale somewere.
          China and allibaba is promising.

try percision roller &/or newegg. good oem parts, however i might intergect that the cost of the maint kit may be hi however its overall cheaper than buying the parts individually. we have switched to buying the kits and storing the unused parts with the clients name on box as we just bill out the kit to client and when another part is needed we have it on hand. think about it before you just reject the idea. lol
