    Kyocera Mits KM-4035

This problem I am about to explain only happens when I duplex. The backside of the duplex copy comes out faded every time. However, if I just run single sided copies and put them back in the tray to run the backside this does not happen. A new maintenance kit was just put in but I am not sure if this problem was present before it was put in. Another thing, it looks like a copy with a poor transfer or under-toned. Thank you for any help provided.

You beat me to it. See if the front spring is missing. Also check for J60 jams. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Try setting U956 to old type of paper conveying unit, I have had good sucess by keeping the setting to "old type" even with "new type ".
        Have fun..

Just try to clean the transferroller with a dry cloth.
          I guess it just dirty.
