Has anyone experienced c1010 1st tray lifting motor error on taskalfa 420i with any recommended fixes,

What have you done so far?
This code requires a U906 partial reset to resume normal operation. And it's relatively common for a shorted out lift motor to take out the engine PWB.
1) Reset.
2) If not fixed, replace lift motor.
3) If still not fixed repace engine PWB and leave new lift motor installed.

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thanks for info,just needed a heads up as not had much experience on Kyocera's.Removed trapped paper and reset with sim 906.Comment
