kyocera KM-4530

Hi

I have kyocera KM-4530 with fixing issue.Fuser rotates unevenly with clicking and green handle for rollers jumpsbut when i pull out unit and turn by hand it's seems OK.I take apart whole unit,check gears and belts etc....nothing. Can be a drive clutch ?

Hi, have you checked the drive gear on the machine its self to see if theres any damage?
what condition are the bushings for press roller and heat roller in?
can you see the fuser if you trick the door switch to look for anything obvious, it might just occur at speed.
