I just had a TA 3001 come back from a customer and every time i try to access system menu i get cannot connect to authentication server. Usually i d get the wrong password message but this is different. i called the customer they did not know anything about it and i never set up any server authentication. I formatted hdd and reset the whole thing to factory setting to no avail. I had a look through all the menus and i cant see any server authentication options or how to turn it off. Can any one help please.

Perhaps you have the Access Lock Hypas app installed. You would have to remove that. Also If you are set to require authentication this may be your problem but a u21 should have reset that.Comment
