That's what I thought too I've swappedthe control panel with a working one to verify that.

I've also swapped the main control pwb. I've checked thecover switches. Anthing else?

What does the printer display say? Is the display locked?

The displays says Ready A4 PLAIN. I am able to print via usb cable, however I can't use any of the printer functions.

Hi,

I have an issue with a FS-C5015N

It powers up fine, but I am unable to use any of the function keys. When pressed, i hear several beeps.

I am able to do a direct connect thru USB and print. I cannot print over the network anymore. Printer status is offline.

Has anyone ever encountered this issue? Is there a reset function that can be done?
