FS-2100DN Job Account setup. Option is grey out it driver.

Just setup this new printer on network with server. Machine has security kit, with hard drive and sd card. Job Account was configured and I entered in several user ID's. Driver was installed on the server, then the client can grab the driver from the server. On the client computer when I go to "Device Settings" in the driver properties some of the buttons are greyed out such as "Administrator.." and "User...". On the servers driver properties the settings are not greyed out. Unfortunately I could only tried on one client computer but it was the IT persons computer and they have full admin rights. I believe there is some permissions issue somewhere. Anyone know what will allow me to get this working. This is the first time we sold this model with these options and requirements so I/we are not sure what is up.

You'll need an administrative login to make any changes to the client driver. If they won't tell you, your hands are tied. Nothing that you can do. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I already mentioned that the client machine was logged in with their administrator login.

It's not the computer that has the rights, it's the user. If the user login doesn't have administrative rights, you won't get access. It has nothing to do with which computer is used.
