    CS-C3225E fuzzy copies

    copies look fuzzy not crisp and sharp has new black dev unit has 125k black copies and 15k in color cleaned everything in side (drums,dev units,tx belt ) any suggestions?

    Have you done a color calibration perchance? =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        -developer refresh
        -U467 color registration adjustment: Off
        -exit service mode
        -U467 color registration adjustment: On
        -color calibration
        -color registration detailed
        -auto gray adjust

        If is still looks fuzzy please print off the U089 gray test pages in C, Y, M, and K, and attach to this thread.
