Coincidentally the latest Kyocera printers are FS-4100, FS-4200, FS-4300.
    47ppm, 52ppm, and 62ppm.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

The TASKalfa 305/255 can dramatically lower your TCO total cost of ownership...Kyocera's SMARTtech is affordable

thnx i found that too,but i buy only end of lease copiers and printers and know
a lot of companies dont "drastically" change a good model..
i heard this was a real workhorse.i just placed an order for 3 low count units "10k to 100k" to
use when i need an emergency loaner..did these come wth only 1 paper tray?
      thnx

In between the FS2000/3900/4000DN & the FS2100/4100/4200/4300DN series' was the FS2020/3920/4020DN. The FS4020DN's were very similar to the FS4000DN's. Very good machines.

These have a component replacement cycle of 300,000 prints. ( MK is Fuser, Drum, Developer, rollers, etc)
We have some still in the field at 1 and 1/2 million prints; also 4020's at those counts as well.
As DWISE said ... they are a very good unit . ( almost a SET it and FORGET it printer )
For best print quality ... ONLY USE OEM TONER !!!!!

... and yes, 1 tray is standard, up to three optional/additional trays. =^..^=
