[Misc] KM-8030 giving shades after 500 copies

Hi,
I just got the the machine at 1.7 Million and it was working fine and then i just changed the toner and its giving shades after every 300 to 500 copies and when i stop it copies get fine again.


Q. Is it be bad toner?

Or Anything else?

This happened after i changed the toner. Local toner (not genuine)


please help

I would change the charge wires, clean the drum heater and make sure that they are using oem toner

I have consulted with the machine supplier. they said that its the toner which is causing problem they have sent me the better one this time. I will update the after i get the toner.

Be sure to dump out the developing unit, or it will be weeks before the new toner gets very gradually mixed into the old.

When the developing unit is empty and vacuumed, run sim U130 to refill it. =^..^=
