Taskalpha 3050ci skewed copy

Taskalpha 3050ci with 50k is making skewed copy from cassette 1 on glossy paper but only when the cassette is full. Half full work fine. I took the paper feed ass'y apart, clean the pulleys and the one way bearing and it's still doing it.....
Any suggestions...???

Ah! The joys of glossy media! Don't forget the multifeeds.

You'll get the best results from the MP tray, which is to say not great. Glossy media is a PITA on most MFP's. It skew, jams, multifeeds, toner blisters off, ... did I miss anything? In the best of all worlds don't use glossy media at all. If you have to:
1) clean the rollers frequently
2) feed from the MP tray
3) use the correct media type setting on the machine, and in the print driver.
4) use semi-gloss laser paper, not full glossy, not inkjet paper.
5) and expect a lot of service calls just for that. You can expect premature failure of drums, fusers, and feed rollers. Write any service contracts to take this into account.

Even if i know all that ,after reading your tread and question my self
i realize that you might be right, glossy paper is my probleme.
some time we look to far for a probleme and most of the time its just ther biting you.
