[CQ] copy quality issue utax cdc1930/kyo 3050ci

Evening all, wondered if anyone could offer any suggestions on a copy quality issue I am having on a Utax cdc 1939 (kyoceara 3050ci)

The machine is 9 months old, 90k on meter, 60k black, 30k col.

The machine is getting very pale grey lines running from top to bottom of the page, maybe a couple of mm between them, randomly, no pattern, some worse than others, sometimes not at all, I have swapped the black dev unit, swapped the black drum with another, replaced the transfer belt (after being recommended to do so after site vist by tech rep) all firmware is up to date, edge reduction has been turned off and all calibration has been done to the letter.

I can`t see the lines anywhere when I stop it mid copy, the customer says it "seems" to get worse as the day progresses.

Starting to pull my hair out on this one, ANY suggestions/thoughts would be appreciated.

Unfortunately I cant post a copy example because the lines don`t show up on the scans, posting a blank sheet of a4 is no good to anyone, lol.

Update the firmware and clean the charge rollers.

        Hi,

In case off low temperature and low humidity background lines are possible .
i had a couple of machines with background issues this winter (color and black/white machines), because the temperature was to low.
(is the machine standing near a window or something)

There is an evaluation firmware which solves this problem.
