    [Jamming] Taskalpha 250ci Jam every Morning

    the first Paper is jam or curly

    I have the problem with a TA-250ci
    Fuser Unit + Exit unit changed without success
    Fuser Casette install U325 on + jack fuser install without success
    Exit Speed+ Fuser Speed + and - without success

    Firmware is 13 Counter is 10000

    my english is bad i come from Germany

      Go to kdaconnect.com and sign in under your username and password.

      go to technical resources -> Knowledge base -> QA Search

      Search for "B319"

      There is a set of rollers on a shaft in the Job Separator unit that can expand and run idle when the machine heats up. It starts as only the first copy of the day...and then progresses. gorilla gluing the rollers to the shaft is my temporary fix until I can get the part delivered. The bulletin should have all the info you need on part numbers and what exactly needs to be replaced.

          The TA-250ci has`t a JS 720
          I musttomorow print the event log for the jam code.

              Where we are in the USA , curling paper is mostly caused by moisture in the paper.

              What environment is this unit in ... warehouse ... office ... under an air vent ...
              Do they turn it off at night ?

                  the TA-250ci stand in a little post office the hhumidity is high thereforewe have an heater in all paper trade

                      If your getting J51 and J81 jams you might try replacing the JS-720 job separator. =^..^=
                      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
