Is the firmware up-to-date? Did you do all adjustments, like U119, U464, U410, U412?

It looks as though the bottom of the transfer belt is dragging on something ... possibly the filters on one or more of the developing units are not inserted completely.

The simplest way to diagnose this is to remove the transfer belt assembly and see where the piles of toner are, and there will be piles of toner.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

I would say the filter on the black dev unit was not pushed all the way down. Seen it before.

F/W is the last one from january 2012.
Adjustments has al been done in Service mode.
It seems the problem starts in black...
When i go back i'll check the filter in the black dev.
All toner residues on the dev/drum unit has been vacuumed completely.
Indeed, it seems to be the transfer belt is touching someting.....

                Hello Blackcat, Tonerkiller,...

I was today again to this client and i saw the filters in de black dev were not good fitted!!
The plastic unit where the 3 filters are inside was in a bow! (see picture attached)
Anyway, thanks for the tip!!! IMG_20130410_140751.jpg
