You'll need to re-load the firmware.

And before you ask, no I cannot provide it to you.
If you are an enduser, this is a task that a technician should do.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        ... well that's a first.

This little guy: =^..^= is called ASCII art. If my cat could type her signature, I think that's how she would do it. If you squint a little it might look like a cat face.

To repeat, you'll need to re-load firmware. Please contact Just Manuals, The Internet's largest selection of manuals ~ Instant Downloads

                No. It isnt Im sorry.

What you have to do sir is UPDATE FIRMWARE.
                And after that FORMAT HDD
                Then re-load FIRMWARE AGAIN.

If this does not help, you can try replacing HDD.
                You need a USB stick.
                Are you really from Zimbabwe?

How did the copier get there? Wow....

GET FIRMWARE AND MANUAL FROM http://www.justmanuals.com/ THATS HOW YOU FIX IT SIR. THANK YOU.
