Okay, the jam was at the Transfer Belt/Transfer Roller (J31). The cause.... the Transfer Belt had ripped on the underneath leaving a 6 inch hanging thread of rubber. As the Transfer Belt rotated the hanging thread caught in the cleaning section and bound the Transfer Belt to the point of no movement.

It's a common failure. That ribbon of rubber is intended to act as a guide to keep the transfer belt on track with the pulleys, but occasionally it will peel off, get tangled, then stop the belt from turning altogether. The paper stops right at the primary transfer belt since it's not turning. There does not seem to be any correlation between copy count and the failure. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
