What have you done so far? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      hi,

I'm not very familiar with this model.
So far, I changed dev unit, drum unit, charging unit (whole drum unit), but still could not solved the problem.

      please...

      thanks.

The problem is charge-related, but not those items.

        I'd check the three things:
        1) developer bias contact on the rear body of the imaging frame (do not lubricate)
        2) transfer section bearings and contacts (lubricate contact with conductive grease)
        3) left transfer guide (the ramp from the transfer belt to the fuser. The mylar surface can wear through.

Sorry for being obtuse. If you want intelligent answers you must sound like you've done something. =^..^=
