    [Error Code] CFB32 error code after firmware upgrade on km 4050

    Hi
    Have just upgraded firmware on km 4050 from 2000 version to 2010 version ,everything completed well but m getting code cfb32 after rebooting machine.How best can I solve this,is it the wrong version for this model
    failure is not an option !

          I know what the error is for ,its communication failure between main PCB and operation PCB assembly,machine was working but was throwing different error codes here and there so we decided to upgrade the firmware.Someone suggested that the 2006 &2003 versions of firmware are the only ones that work on this model km 4050 and km 5050,how far TRUE is this guys.i used the 2010firmware version. Please any suggestions are welcome.

              Version 2.45A is current for all the FalconIII models: KM-3050/KM-4050/KM-5050

              Replace the Main Eeprom (part#: 302GR94201). Reflash. =^..^=
              If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                  Thanks blackcatt ,will try to replace the chip,however someone from Kyocera said I gotta send all the DIMMs on the op PCB and those on the main board to be reprogrammed.

                      Thanks guys ,managed to get the machine running perfectly after reinstalling the right firmware version.Thanks once again for the advice.
