[Misc] Alphard, info about sim U053

    Dear All,

Our goal in this case is print with the same size of the original document.
The machine works in a gragphic environment ( CAD ) and the dimension of the print is important.

The question is "why in the Alphard models ther isn't the sim U 053 > Polygon motor speed ?" like the previous models ?

My opinion is taht there are only 2 answer about this case :

    1) In the Alphard models is possible adjust the polygon motor speed.

    2) In the Alphard models is not possible adjust the polygon motor speed.

Please let us know which answer is correct.

    Thanks for your cooperation.

I guess I don't understand the question. Was there a question?

I hope you're not going to tell me that you'd like to print without void areas.
As far as I know, image size is adjustable just like all the previous models, but there will always be voids. It's simulation U065 though ... maybe this will help: see attached.

By the way, do all the adjustments in this order. If you do them in a different order you'll change the final image.
Do you realize that you're using a Falcon4 manual, not an Alphard manual?

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
